arboretum in the winter

i rushed into the ballet studio this morning about 5 mins late.. starting to panic.. when i realised there was NO ONE in the e studio at all~!!
haha my teacher had last minute plans to bring us "out"..

felt like primary school field trip.. she din tell us where she was bringing us.. so we walked and walked in the cold and guess where we landed up~?

the arboretum~!!! in e middle of winter~!!!

she wante us to observe the arb like we were observing a performance of nature..its for our second paper to be written soon.. reminds me-- i need to write my first paper.. due next week.
i must say it was a realli pretty and relaxing atmosphere.. even though my ears were freezing off..

i was standing ine middle of the arb remembering e prayer i said this morning~ haha
"Lord give me love and strength to get through this day.." (my normal daily prayer to get myself out of bed" and then thinking to myself with my eyes closed on the bus "if only i could spend some nice quiet time in some relaxing place with God"...

and tada~! prayers answered.. half an hour later i'm in e arb wandering ard on my own, watching a little squirrel search for nuts, looking at the whole place, slopes and all, trees and logs, covered in white snow... (mommie will luv the place) kicking e soft snow and wishing i brought my gloves and beanie so i could plop myself down, make snow angels, play with snow with the initial enthusiasm and excitement i used to haf about snow when i was young..

haha and when it was time to wander back into reality, i lost my way.. =P
so ended up not making it to math on time.. shrug. the lecturer's realli lousy anyways.

walk walked to league for lunch and read my math 215 text.. i think its more useful than lecture.. got a little frustrated with it.. but trusting things will go well tonite.. anyone care to give me some tips before tonite~? *hopeful*

when i got home i got a lovely surprise.. my mommie's package arrived~! *beams*

it got checked by customs but nothing got confiscated..
*yay*
got my packets of sweets and gummies and my clothes tt are a little too late for my competition and stuff..
although mommie's suit came in time for presentation next week =)

haha wat a rambly post...
math midterm in 2 hours.. *nervous*
