HOOOTTTT~!!!! *grumbles*

its crazy hot suddenly in ann arbor~!!! the temperatures have suddenly surged to above 30.. *scrunch face*

and the weather change has triggered off the usual me-not-feeling-well (ie sorethroat and runny nose and cough and feeling utterly awful) =S ugh.. i wonder how i'm ever gonna survive the temperatures back home.. well at least they have air con there..

speaking of which, i'll be gg home in less than a month~!!! =P *beams* thinking wat to do about the last week of nothingness before i go home.. i think i wanna go somewhere=) if possible, somewhere beachey and relaxing =) somewhere with nice waters~ =) i think the only things i realli appreciate from nature are the waters and the skies =) *ponders dreamily*

oh yes serene chris and me went to sha's place for e weekend.. thanx ser for driving~!!! it was a pain for ser esp thru tt horrid jam to have her foot on tt clutch all the time.. (serene now owns a black mazda rx8-- but its manual) haha the car doors open in a v cute way~!! reminds me of some spaceship or some funky car from batman =P

anyways sha's parents are SO cute and so welcoming~! her mom was realli nice.. cooked nice dinners for us and absolutely stuffed us to the brim.. and cooked tangyuan for breakfast.. *yummmy* authentic home cooked chinese food~!!! haha ok la.. these few days we've been having tt cos val's mom also cooks nice authentic chinese food at home too~!!! =P she'll be here till the end of spring.. onli thing is tho tt i hardly dare to use the kitchen or the living room now tt she's here.. cos i dun wanna mess up anything or disturb val's parents.. haha so my room has been my little cosy cove.. (now my terribly warm cove) *bleah* and ppl noe how cold e aircon in my singapore room has to be.. *sheepish*

okies... yups another rambly updating post.. but yes.. pictures will come when i'm less lazy..

ps. mommie and daddie haf fun on ur holiday in spain~!! so fun they went on a holiday with a bunch of frens to celebrate all their 30th wedding anniversaries~!! =P

how exciting.. there were 8 ppl in the house since last saturday..

e guys just left for boston today..=P and the girls are going to visit sha tmr evening.. we'll stay over and go do smth on saturday.. then we'll come back home.. =P

did quite a bit of shopping over the last few days~! went birch run with the guys on sunday and then went to briarwood with them on tuesday.. and again with val today~! spring sales are amazing =) luv the clothes here.. and i made my first abercrombie purchases.. =P 12.90 for an abercrombie skirt~!!! *beams*

haha okies.. anyways.. it was pretty amusing hanging out with the guys the past few days.. got a crash course in the significant hilarious things tt happened to them in the past 10 years or so.. and i think i am now considered half guy.. =P heh.

and it was dearest mama's birthday on 23rd may~!!! =) my loveliest grandmother recognised my voice from all the way across the world~!! *beams* talked to her for a bit on her very own handphone... (isn't she funky and sweet at the same time. =P ) i miss her so.. and am SO gonna go out with her when i get back =) regret that i couldn't be home for tt time.. but saw the photos on elodie's blog.. and wells she looks happy.. which makes me happy..

yups.. a bit lengthy for a post.. but since i haven't updated for so long.. here's a burst of information.. =P

oh yes yes.. mommie told me to call mrs skipp when i get back.. *jump jump* i wonder wat i can help with at the concert~!!! *nostalgia* me misses dancing and performances lots. =)

have a dance paper due on tuesday but dun feel like doing it.. oh and i haf econ 101 midterm on tuesday. hms.

nostalgia~

i miss mrs skipp and all the concerts she let us perform in~! *sentimental*

went to help with e children's ballet recital today and it just totalli reminded me of mrs skipp's concerts and how lovely a teacher she was.. how she let everyone dance whether they were skinny or fat, good or bad, how she used to call each one of us sweethearts and sunshines... how she was the one who sparked off my love and passion for dance..

i wish i could go back to those days spent rehearsing in excitement and anticipation of that -big- performance day... waiting to see how our costumes would turn out like, wat we'd do with our hair.. i miss the tingle of eagerness to get up there and make all the practice worthwhile... miss the feeling of being backstage in preparation.. miss the blinding lights in my face.. standing behind the curtains peekin out at the vastness of the crowd and haf my heart beat 3 times faster...miss beaming at the crowd, dancing for whoever i want to dedicate tt dance to... dancing my heart out until i was completely breathless, until the cold dry air of the theatre cut my throat.. when the curtain finally falls.. that intense feeling of happiness and fulfillment..

those days are gone.. but ones i will cherish forever~ =) if only i had a chance to relive them again...

and on sunday i get to help with the children's ministry in church~! i think i get to help with the toddlers and babies~

in my room with rose scented candle lit and onli my bedside lamp on.. with my fairy lights and the rain pattering outside my windows... i like watching the flame dance around and the shadows on the wall.. how the little flame illiminates so mildly and subtly but ever so gently and with such caring warmth, the things around it...

just came back from a "run" along the river..
but wells.. those knowing me will noe it wasn't exactly a run... prob couldn't really be classified as a jog either~ *Sheepish*

but wells.. it was pretty and the weather was nice.. anyways to be lenient on myself, i haven't in literally AGES~ so wells. =P

feel worn out and slightly satisfied.. came back to a long email from baorong~ hey girl~! hope ur holding out fine.. and thanx for that email~! miss catching up with u...

went to kerrytown for lunch today after church to meet some ppl that jem met over facebook.. apparently a mistaken fren =P
jap lunch was really expensive but i guess its pretty good food..

we took half an hour to walk all e way to church today and wound up 15 min late~!! *bleah*

oh after lunch chris val and i went to china merch and krogers to get some stuff.. i din noe china merch was so near and so big too~!! =)but i still am a huaxing fan.. i think huaxing is bigger and cheaper =P heh.

cooked sweet ns our chicken today from mommie's recipe~!!! chicken was nice.. but i think e sauce was a bit too ketchupy.. maybe din add enough sugar or din cook long enough or something.. but oh wells.. at least its a taste of home... *satisfied*

val jer and jem are playing counter strike now.. smth i dun think i'll ever do.. =P haha.. fun to watch from e outside i guess but makes me giddy if i watch too much.. haha

hihi everyone~
sorrie for not updating for pretty long.. was a pretty mad rush after the exams to pack up the crazy loads of things i own..
*shakes head*
i came with two suitcase and now i haf more than 10 boxes of stuff.. *sheepish*
val's and my boxes filled up kinda 3/4 of the 16 ft long truck we rented to move~!!

anyways, we're all moved in and comfortably settled in now.. =) its so nice to just laze around at home and slp and eat and cook and watch dvds.. =P it really is so comfy and cosy.. =P anyone who wants to come visit is warmly welcomed~! *beams*

really happy with my room.. its really comfy and soothing and i'd like to say its v me.. =P i think mommie will like it too =) scented with lavander and laced with pink and ballerina stuff and things tt make me smile =) *happy*

but wells.. the greatest thing lacking at home is internet connection~! which is relali sucky cos i can't check emails and i can't do much without internet.. it isn't coming till friday so oh wells.. at least u'll noe why i seemed to haf disappeared from the face of this earth for a little while..

grades wise.. this term has been mostly blessed greatly =) did pretty well for most of my subjects, maybe even better than i expected.. although i'm just realli discouraged and demioralised by ME 250.. spent a whole lot lot lot of time on that one and the project and everything.. but din do too well =( *haiz* i guess i just haf to tell myself i did my best.. and for this kinda project stuff its relali hard to secure a good grade??? *ponders sadly* or maybe i'm not ME material.. *bites lip* =( *shrugs* oh wells. everything's in God's hands.. i just haf to do my best i guess..

miss dearest hwying alot... and really pray she's ok.. fractured her back while rock climbing =( *scrunch face*
realli touched by how strong she is in such circumstances.. i noe it must be hard dear, but ur gonna get thru it.. and so many ppl out here luv u and care for u~! *hugs* by e time i get back i'll make sure we'll go out together and haf fun and catch up and do all the things we like to do together =) so for now just rest well and recover well =) u'll be ok~!
