1st day of the doggie year~

happy cny everyone~!

today was a pretty long day.. but i suppose its one of my most productive sundays thus far.. *ponders*

still managed to wake up early to get to the earlier service this morning.. but tt's only cos i had to force myself cos i had ballroom lesson after..
service today was good =) music was good and the sermon was good too =) it was a rainy day this morning tho.. oh wells.. showers of blessing.. jie always said that it always rained in singapore on cny.. *ponders*

oh yes.. photos of cny back home~ go to jie's blog.. elodie looks incredibly adorable in her little cheong sum~! too bad i dun get to see her and cuddle her and take photo with her.. =S *sniffs*

anyways jer treated esther and me to potbelly's lunch today~! how generous =) tt's cos he won the 4D thingey yest at the cny celebrations~! how amazing is tt~ always knew he had this thing for lottery and hitting e jackpot, but neva realli thot he'd get it~! =P hundred plus free dollars.. haha

then i went for c team lesson and only then did i find out they assigned me to volunteer hour shift thingey at the union this evening.. *bleah* thankfully i was planning on using caen computers to do my ME 250 lab homework anyways.. so i stayed in the ugli and did tt and tried to do up the meeting minutes until my shift time and walked over to union and sat there stoning for awhile..

decided i wdn make it back to north on time for bursley cny dorm dinner.. so jer junrong and me went to stockwell to eat instead.. and the queue was incredibly long.. but the good was reasonably good for dorm chinese food. and i had pseudo fanta orange drink.. the kind that my grandmother always serves me on cny.. she always serves bright colored drinks on cny =P

hms... this is turning into like a diary.. but oh wells.. mommie and daddie u wanna noe wat i did on cny rite? =P

i got lots of photos.. and i'm considering uploading them but i'm just sooo tired from the last few days.. and chionging some hw and other stuff now..

CNY eve~! *warmth and joy*

happy cny everyone~!

heading over to the trotter house later on for the SSA cny celebrations.. we woke up early this morning, after a 3 plus hour SSA meeting last nite at cheechian's house, and went there this morning to help decorate.. =) miss decorating~! haha i luv trying to make stuff and places look pretty.. esp when there're limited resources its even more challenging and fulfilling at e same time =)

called my family up on e way there.. din get to talk to jie and daddie tho.. cos they alreadi left =( but i -did- get to talk to mommie, mama, aunty angie, tua kim, natalie... =P heh.. i'll v likely call them again tonite..

talking to them made my heart swell up with overwhelming feelings of the warmth and joy of my family and the familiarity of the ppl who've been there all my life.. but yet it was so heart wrenching, i started silently tearing in e car.. oh wells.. i miss them alot.. but i guess its only cos they're so wonderful and i love them so dearly.. and this is the usual time of the year that everyone gets together..

my side of the room's all cleaned up and neat for now~ i'm kinda ready for the new lunar year... just not looking forward to the work i still have to continue doing even through CNY~ =S *shrug* oh wells.. we're in america.. haha wat else can i expect? =P

bad start to a friday~

woke up so much earlier today and went all the way to GG brown lab supposedly for ME250 lab training, no one was there.. went up to office, they said they had no idea, went all the way thru eecs to automotive lab to look for prof, but he wasnt there.. so went all the way beack to GG brown (GGB brown and EECS and the connection between them is an absolute MAZE *pulls hairs*) then found out there's no session today.. cos only i signed up.. so i had to sign up for another session next week and go thru the whole ordeal of waking up extra early to go learn how to drill and mill and wat not.. its fun i'm sure, but ugh. just so frustrated now.

and all this happened cos of??
*again* cos i'm the only one i noe in the horrid class~!
feel like a lost littel bird with malfunctioning wings rite now.

and i figured last nite that the umssa com retreat and handover completely clashes with teh UM ballroom comp next week.. i feel terribly bad! and i dunno wat to do *frustrated* i hate having to let ppl down or having to cause them more trouble than assistance.

like steve and susan said one day: " u either assist or interfere, u cant be doing both at e same time or be standing in between"

rite now. i'm an interference.

bleah. ok sorry shall stop venting and start on my me 250, just managed to do up the workplan for ssa meeting tonite a little.. this is a breather.

oh wells.. thank God He amazingly worked a way for me for spring break in e end.. going to europe -kinda- with e twins.. at least that's smth i have to look forward to.. a nice long (and hopefully relaxing) break =) maybe i'll even meet mommie there.. and visit my frens.. just realised shihan's there too~! *cheers myself up a little*

wow this week is terribly packed.. and will continue to be very packed.. bleah~

i have 1 and a half hours to finish up my ME 211 homework due tmr.. before i haf to go for ballroom practice.. *ponders doubtfully*

i can hardly breathe..
but amazingly i'm still alive and kicking =P
went for argentine tango and then ballroom practice last nite.. exhausted but yet refreshed~
and dancing's a good source of stress relief and e thing i love =) so that makes me a little happier~ =)

cny's ard the corner.. doesn't feel like it at all.. and i'm still waiting for mommie's package to arrive.. *counting days* shd be here any time now..*hopeful*

oh and spring break plans..
another major thing on my mind.. *sighs* i haf do decide real quick.. its abt a month away~! need to call mommie and talk abt it.. heh.

looks like i dun haf time to upload my long overdue photos just yet..
thinking abt how everyone back home is preparing for e festive season..

lessons from ballroom~

haha yes i forgot i wanted to share the "life lessons" we learnt in ballroom yesterday~ =P

we were supposed to get "connected" in following our partner so they made us do exercise where the girls are supposed to close their eyes and try to follow where the guy wants us to go.. and step at the same time as they do too..

three lessons steve and susan told us..

1)when holding hands, the guy's hand is always on top.. (they said most of the calss obviously haven't been dating.. yes how true)

2)the girls shd always be patient enough to wait (even tho they feel like they shd be on time with the music).. so that the guy has the opportunity to lead us into whatever they want us to do.. (how true guys take forever to make up their mind and are often late... haha)

3) Guys always like to be in control of everything.. (and this is the only time they actualli haf a legitimate excuse to exercise that power.. =P)

competition next saturday and we're so unprepared..
just had two hours straight of standard...
not good at all..
how are we supposed to join bronze and beginner at e same time.. after only being in c team for a few weeks??

just got back from ballroom lesson.. 2 hours of rhumba.. am so not looking forward to two hours of waltz tmr.. i still like latin much better.. wish theyd let us do just tt..

am feeling rather sleepy now.. we went partying for the first time in my life last nite.. after two weeks of pestering from sha...and thankfully the twins and liheng were there.. *thanx thanx*

simultaneously disgusted and amused with the things i saw.. disgusted with some gross things happening on e floor*ugh* dun even wanna begin to describe them.. and amused with some of the ppl here.. they look so guai and toot on e outside.. but e things they do when they're partying is so outrageous tt sometimes it starts to get funny.. heh. i guess tt's a better way of perceiving it.. to prevent myself from getting judgemental or cynical...

tt wasn't too bad..
wat came after when i got home was -bad-.
bree got drunk again.
and sam went to sleep cos she had to wake up at 7 today.
val was slping and i din wanna wake her
bree couldn't walk, wanted to puke, refused to get into bed, had half her head in the toiilet bowl... *bleah*

ok let me stop there. i guess essentially she's a good person.. just didn't noe wat she's doing.. *Shrug*

i dun think she remembers me this morning anymore... haha oh wells. tt may be a good thing

so eventualli i had less than three hours of broken up sleep..
am pretty tired..
maybe i shall take a nap before i proceed to tackle my homework.

church was pretty good and refreshing this morning tho =)
sermon was about our words and our tongue..
a lesson taught over and over and yet still so important and smth we still all need so much reminder of. =P

oh yes. val just reminded me abt ssa..
i somehow got elected to be the admin officer of the committee in less than two mins.
i seriously wouldn't mind doing the job.. as in i like playing an active role in organisations and everything, esp w a good cause i believe in.. its just tt i am so mentally unprepared..and i din haf e chance to give it much thot..
i just dun wanna let anyone down..
and i kinda din plan for this.. was thinking i'd still be in e midst of settling down and finding some dance activities to get myself more active and revive my passion.. but now that i'm in the ballroom team there's quite a heavy commitment...
i'm just feeling a little overwhelmed and torn apart rite now..
i'm feeling a little inadequate and insecure and shrug...
dunno la.

thinking abt home~

now tt cny is drawing near i'm starting to think abt how excited i've always been in anticipation of chinese new year.. i luv the feeling of walking down the streets surrounded by bright red decorations..the cny songs always playing... those we learnt since primary school... the matching boy girl pair hung on the front door w the fire crackers... decorating the little pink flowers in mommie's old old vase...

miss the reunion dinner and the visiting.. how we'd wake up and mommie and daddie would get out the gold chains, kinda like family heirloom.. =P i think the gold heart was from mommie and daddie's wedding actualli.. and the little fish-ey bracelet i wear every single year.. (i think i may haf grown out of it this year, but then again i wouldn't find out till four years later)

my first intense feeling of missing home this year..

school ended earlier than expected today.. i think i'm gonna take a nap..

we're going skiing tmr at alpine valley~! organised by the ssa.. =p
so yest john was so nice enough as to give val and me a lift to get ski stuff... were suppposed to just make a short trip to a ski shop.. but found everything there was way WAY out of our price range.. so we just suddenly decded to head down to birch run~!!! cos jian wei got his ski pants from there for onli 25 bucks~! as compared to the over 100 bucks in the ski store.. =P

and by this time it was alreadi 4.30 pm~! in the afternoon! haha lucky for us birch run shops onli close at 9 pm on weekdays~! =) *beams* haha bought lots of stuff.. realli good buys~! =) and i got my first pair of oakleys~! val is proud of me haha.. its the onli brand of sunglasses she believes in.. personally i've nv spent tt much on any single item so far other than my winter coat~! haha and i dun intend to ever in the future either =P but this was a relali good buy.. was slashed from 148 to 50 =) haha and like the lousiest cheapest ones i could find inthe store were around the range of 30.. so i decided to pay a little more and get these instead.. according to eveyrone else, this deal was a steal.. haha =P oh wells.. its supposed to be realli realli good for ur eyes and i guess addig up all my other lousy 9.90 sunglasses.. one of which is still w jie jie~ (hehe.. so u still haf it? =P) the price is ard there... now i just haf to take good care of these and use them well..

and i'm meeting sha after at 4pm for smoothie/shopping/hangout/chat.. and maybe we'l go for hip hop class at 7~ =) haha and maybe jer will come along for his smoothie date with sha.. *ponders* =P jer will u kill me for putting this here.. or will sha kill me first.. haha =P

*~Day 6~* 29th dec, Thursday, tanning with the girls~!:

yay bright and early of day 6 shuen and alina and huilin came over~! huilin was the first to reach.. then shu came after from the back gate where someone let her in after she considered climbing the gate.. =P then last came alina with her own little chevvy.. alreadi in progress with her transformation into the lawyer she's turning into~! =) with branded shades and bag.. haha now THAT's called HMG..~!

anyways she came with the bread and cheese for the pizze bread (even tho it was the wrong cheese... but thanx anyways dear.. to satisfy shu's craving for pizze bread) wow i just realised how graphic my memory is~! *beams* i like look back on all the nice details of my memories..

haha out of point.
anyways.. so we changed out and headed down for a little tanning (with wateva was left of the sun)

had pretty much fun.. girls talk.. wading and swimming.. lying in the jacuzzi, al complaining it was too cold.. (tt's cos she has no fats to warm her up) and she trying to lead me into a neck drop by the pool and us landing up bowled over on the poolside in laughter..

ooh and al being my salsa buddy~! =) going for dinners with me after work at chinatown mac's before every lesson~ pouring our hearts out abt eveyrthing under the sun.. and was realli touched when she took so much time nad effort this time when i went back to come salsa and support me in e comp and come out and meet me and everything~!

anyways.. we had a nice chicken curry and fried bee hoon lunch courtesy of mommie~ thanx mommie for the absolutely delicious lunch~! i as usual poured soya sauce over my curry to 1) get rid of the spicyness and 2) add nice flavor to my food! (as usual) =P

then we headed down to orchard.. in al's nice chevvy =) was supposed to catch narnia at 3.. but tickets were sold out too fast~! =( so sad.. so i -still- haven't watched any movie since before i left s'pore in august~! *whines cos i realli realli miss watching movies in a nice theatre with popcorn and the atmosphere and everything*

and -kendrew- .. *rolls eyes* who was supposed to meet me for a movie one the days din call or reply my msgs~! for a period of time.. cos he unfortunately got dunked into a pool w his handphone.. when he was trying to dunk someone else at some party.. haha pretty hilarious when i think about it.. *heh* sorrie hor i just had to add tt little detail~! i told u i wanted to remember every little detail of my break.. =P anyways i dun think u read my blog..

so anyways.. we went to long john's instead~! to eat my fav fish and chips..=) *beams* if u dun alreadi noe.. i'm LJS's biggest fan.. according to my uncle.. =P oh yes too bad i din get to meet up with uncle puay and aunty angie and natalie.. one of my regrets of things i din do when i was home.. but oh wells.. ur pressies are with mommie~! go collect them~! merry belated xmas =) haha

then we went to bk after.. to eat hershey's sundae pie.. haha dun ask me why..
then i grabbed some pieces of sushi from upstairs and then headed down to xen early.. had a little chat with jy.. which we still haven't finished up yey.. *sheepish* haha

then practice began~! this nite was prob the most intense.. cos by this time we still haven't figured out the choreo yet and i stil felt pretty unseasoned.. thanx to yq and justin we stayed back abit and practed real hard till past midnite.. and finally kinda got the thing going.. still not v familiar and totalli not confident tho at tt point.. anyways.. mel sent me home.. (thanx again~!) but despite the exhuastion and intensity i throroughly enjoyed dancing... as i always do.. =) thanx melvin for dancing w me~! =) and putting up with me coming back so late and being last minute.. did i alreadi thank u for this?? *ponders*

*~Day 7~* 30th dec, Friday, Xenbar competition day~!:

in e morning we woke up and decided to head down to chinatown to buy some goodies an the gold coins sim wante for cny.. =) to pack and send over to the US =)

me and mommie in chinatown =) we look like tourists.. haha

bought all the new year goodies and everything.. then drove to the east for mommie to send the things off in the package... and picked my loveliest grandma up for lunch~! we drove round and round cos the post office took realli long llike close to an hour.. and there were traffic police always patrolling the area outside tanjong katong road.. =S

so i had a nice long chat with my cute grandma~

who we were supposed to go for lunch with.. but being the cute her.. decided to go home straightaway cos she din wanna trouble us to drop her all e way back in the east after lunch.. seeing how i was gonna go out salsaing and preparing for the comp in e afternoon.. she said she just wanted to see me~ aw... so cute.. haha

so in e end we decided to go joo chiat near where i used to go for ballet lessons with mrs skipp every weekend... to eat tau kwa pau =) very very nice.. and duck rice~! =)

daddie later walked to the store a few doors away and got me a nice pack of durian puffs~! *beams* thanx daddie~! luv u v much too =) sorrie i couldn't finish all twenty of the puffs.. but they were very very nice =)

then we went home.. for me to collect my stuff.. my costume, make up.. shoes, etc.. then daddie dropped me at the mrt ard 3 to go to xen for earli prac... while he went to the car workshop cos his car radio spoilt and wouldn't turn off even when the engine was off. he told us he was impressed w cycle and carriage cos they din charge him at all~! =P haha

yups so off i went to chinatown.. warmed up abit a chatted abit to jy while waiting for mel to arrive.. the practiced for abit more.. still confused with the last minute changes yq made to the choreo.. but def gettting the hang of it abit more.. asked t he guys to take a pic for us girls.. but they ended up fooling ard w my cam for abit instead...

it was awesome~ like i posted much earlier we did much better than expected~! and justin said cos melvin finally gave the expression tt he usualli is too lazy too give.. *sticks out tongue* haha but yes credit must be given to melvin for dancing so well and putting up with me and leading me very well i noe my hook deteriorated after 4 months and its prob harder to lead me into stuff u want me to do this time round.. *sheepish* and also trying to lift a heavier me.. haha not fun-- tt much i can tell u. heh.

bright sunshiney day~

today's a bright sunshiney day~! =)
weather feels like spring..
either that or my coat is super good...
the new coat is very warm mommie~! dun haf to worry.. hehe
with the new coat i dun hafta carry scarf nor gloves and my legs feel nice and war all the way down to my knees~! =)

anyways.. there were two horribly long one and a half hour lectures today.. ugh.. but i got thru it~! happy and praising God..

its amazing how things turn out when i realli try to seek God first =) i made that "resolution" to realli try and trust Him in all i do and seek Him first.. cos i noe He wants the best for me and has everything nicely and perfectly planned out~!
and alreadi i've been blessed..

by ballet.. now they've decided to split the class into two levels, one for ppl who haf prior experience so it'll be more challenging.. and i so happened to alreadi be enrolled in tt section.. *beams*

by ballroom... amazingly, somehow, i dunno how, but we got into c team after last nite's tryouts~! totalli unexpected cos we din practice since osb and we realli arent good in standard ballroom.. latin is positively SO much more fun to dance~! =)
but who cares? cos now i've got smth else to look forward to.. i get to learn more~!

by eng 100.. amazingly today we managed to shuffle alittle and now our eng 100 grp consists of val, jem, daniel(a super smart 16 yr old from jem and jer's hallway) and me~! we all kinda noe each other alreadi and live so close to each other.. it'll def make eng 100 a whole lot less painful =)

and i just feel happier and more peaceful?? val can testify to that. =)
i noe there'll be ups and downs thruout the yr.. and even now i'm getting a little confused and stressed over the homework and not having ppl i noe in my me classes.. but i'm feeling contented and at peace knowing that i have God =) it makes a world of a difference.. (even if i sound preachish.. which i'm totalli not cos i totalli cannot preach... ask anyone who noes me well enough) but i'm flowing with joy in heart and its all coming from trusting in God~! *amazed*

okok gonna collect laundry now.. then gonna take a nice afternoon nap..

*~Day 4~* 27th dec, Tuesday, Meet up with zhihan and qiantai~!:

mommie and daddie and i went swimming in the morning for a little while~! =)
they bought home nice chee kway and breakfast to eat..
and the pool was so inviting.. even tho we onli went down for a little while it felt realli good and realli worth it.. =)



and mommie generously offered a copthorne buffet voucher for me and zh to go eat buffet.. thanx mommie~!
we use to always go there to eat family dinners last time.. i think in j1 year if i'm not wrong =P
realli nice food and realli nice place..
and realli nice to meet up with a good old fren again =)

and QIANTAI *glares* din allow me to give him a xmas coffee treat and -refused- to take 10 bucks i gave him for my drink and his drink.. which effectively meant he treated me to mine instead.. *scrunch face*

see tt 10 bucks on the table? haha.
SOME DAY i shall get that 10 bucks back to u. *hmpf*
and thru the quibbling over the 10 bucks zh remained impartial.. haha.

okok.. i gotta go for class.. so i'll cont updating after class today~ =P

okies now its a day later and i'm back to cont my update =P

after strolling around taka we headed towards wisma.. and decided to go upstairs to the new food court~! =) and we managed to find a table quite near the windows as i requested.. and they treated me to nice char kway teow~! *tummy rumbles* i miss all tt nice food =P



after that they walked me to borders to wait for my mommie and daddie to pick me up..

then mommie and daddie brought me to chinatown~! =) went to temple street to eat.. ordered ngoh hiam (is tt how u spell it?? *puzzled*) and i ordered honey sea coconut with jelly =) nice local dessert..

haha then it started raining~!!!! was just a few drop at first.. then got heavier and HEAvIER.. till it was pouring crazily~! so we had a cosy family dinner huddled up under a llttle green square umbrella along the roadside getting slightly wet.. =P thankully melvin was just reaching chinatown point so i managed to get himn to bring an extra umbrella to us.. haha but the rain kinda died down by e time he got to usl.. oh wells.. =P

so after i went salsaing again.. this time it was -slightly- better.. got back my turns again.. but was so not effective nor efficient with trying to choreo anything.. was still drained w the jetlag and the amazing gnawing feeling at my muscles... their way of getting back at me for not letting them help me dance for so long.. =P

yup yup~ that was day four~! =) nice nice day four...


*~Day 5~* 27th dec, Tuesday, Shopping and slacking w e family~:

we woke up bright and early in e morning.. all for the isetan private sale..
it was INSANELY crowded.. the queue to even get -into- isetan was winding outside along orchard road.. it was basically claustrophobic inside with the crowds.. it was impossible to try anithing on.. and even more impossible to want to purchase anything after a certain time. there was yet another insane queue to buy stuff...*exasperated* like the line on the first floor of isetan was winding around and around and around all the cometic counters and the like.. u could NEVER find the start of the queue~!!! it was almost impossible to breathe even... wow. even shopping in singapore is so stressful.. haha but oh wells.. however hectic or crowded its still singapore~! and i was still happy to be there.. =)
ooh ooh daddie got me a pink mogu cushion tt was on sale.. its a pink star that says "dance in e snow" haha how appropriate.. except all the snow melted alreadi. =P

then we drove down to merchant court for buffet again~! =)
lovely buffet.. luv the durian dessery especially.. i ate like two or three bowls of tt~! haha and they had satay too =)

then we went back home to slack.. =P watched abit of discovery travel channel i think... about travelling europe and other nice places=) and ate aunty kwai's pork floss rolls (my favorite~!) and pineapple tarts =) then we started playing dress up cos mommie couldn't decide wat to wear for the new year's party.. =P
the theme was charleston.. and daddy wore his nice little tux.. and i wore my prom gown.. haha =) family dressup.. how fun is it ? =P

haha shall save the photos of mommie and daddie till the actual new year's eve.. dun spoil the effect.. and creat some suspense and anticipation.. =P haha.. i'm talking nonsense.=P

anyways at nite i went salsa again =)this time it was much better.. =P justin decided to just let us use our old music and take some of the old choreo.. melvin shuddered once the music played.. haha but oh wells~! fond memories wat, no? =P anyways it turned out ok in e end.. and justin and yq tried to get us to do the stunts and all.. haha did a few cartwheels and decided no la dun waste melvin's energy trying to flip a 5 kg heavier me.. =P haha..

so theres day five.. a nice (little more) slack day.. =)

wonderful wonderful christmas break~

back in ann arbor~
not a very nice first two days.. am feeling kinda lost in e woods again..
but looking at my photos in singapore and thinking about the wonderful time i had makes me feel better~
am so thankful for the family and frens that nv change.. the familiarity of orchard and e mrt and my lovely room..
yet thankful for e changes that -haf- taken place..=P

now for my promised day by day account of my most well spent days in my dearest hometown~! i luv all of u back there with all my heart~!

i clearly rememeber every detail of my holiday and i wann put it down so i'll nv eva forget it~! *beams*

24th Dec past midnite~

i saw the most amazing sight on the plane..
and i was totalli breathless~!
i looked out the plane window from my window seat and guess wat i saw??
the galaxy of stars like REALLY right before my eyes.. and just as i was thinking "Oh my, how awesome is that creation? " that God sent a shooting star flying right before my eyes~! =)*jump jump*
i nv saw any shooting star before... this was my first.. *beams*

then i saw the tiny light lighting up singapore.. saw benjamin shears bridge and the lights lining the ECP.. and the HDB blocks were so familiarly singaporean~!! =)

i felt slightly cheated cos i was counting down the minutes to landing time.. and we landed late.. *heh*
but all good things are worth the wait~! cos we finally touched down.. and when i walked out into the luggage clai, area and saw my mommie and daddie and hwying standing there i couldn't help but start tearing from being so overjoyed~! the feeling was so so intense.. i was ESTATIC to be home~
of course.. somewhere in tt crowd was dehan.. thanx for bringing my best fren to the airport~! and for taking such good care of her.. i think ur both v pei and i am so so happy for you both~! *blissfulness*

then.. we headed for prata supper straight away~! yummy.. =)




and i ordered pink bandung to go with it.. i remembered dehan saying "even the drink is pink" *sheepish*
oh wells.. it tastes good wat.. and u can't get it over here.. =P

yups... by e time we got back to home sweet home.. it was abt 3?? *ponders*
went to sleep alittle.. but not much.. cos of jet lag..=P

*~Day 1~* 24th dec, Saturday, Christmas eve:

woke up in the morning and went to ghim moh for breakfast~! ate masala thosai and chee kway.. the standard morning breakfast at gm.. *happily satisfied*

then mommie and daddie brought me down to taka~! =) we walk walked ard taka..

we walked over to paragon where mommie saw a pair of nine west shoes tt she realli liked but din get ( she got it at e isetan private sale on wednesday instead) =P
then we went up to sushi tei to eat sushi lunch~! *beams*

kk after lunch we kinda got pretty tired.. or at least i did. so we went home and i took a little nap.. =P

then at nite mommie and daddie had some gathering at a frens house so i met up with dearest hwying~! at bugis.. =) i luv hwying.. thanx for taking so much time to spend with me and being there for me.. ur the very best and i luv u~!

we exchanged pressies over thai food at bugis. =P

after that it was ard 11 smth so i took a cab back home.. and wrapped up mommie and daddie's pressies~

remember chatting online to the twins who were in ny while waiting for my parents to get home =P
by this time i think it was already xmas~! and one precious day had passed =)

woke up in e morning and got dressed to go church.. daddie came along~! =)

heh but yeah the old one was pretty sentimental.. was the same one we used since i was realli small and little.. i think since i was born?? =P

then after church daddie and mommie brought me to seah street to eat chicken rice~! beams..

*~Day 3~* 26th dec, Monday, Boxing day:

we went to tiong bahru market for breakfast~! yum yum again
had about 6 fishballs and 5 ondeh ondehs.. *guilty* haha
but it was fabulous~!
not forgetting my nice black carrot cake...=P
unfortunately i didn't put my memory card back in my cam tt morning so i couldn't take pics=(

but i went home and got it b4 going back to parkway~!!! i luv parkway~!
haha it changed so so so much~!!! the whols basement is changed~! there's even lim's there.. and i obviously went for my roti boy =P heh too bad jie wasn't there to eat the butter part after i finish the coffee part i like =P

i went to buy handphone cases for my handphone from parkway and the went over to popular to get some stationery too =)

then we went to the hawker centre opposite my old house to eat lunch~! realli nice we ate mee rebus and mee goreng~! =) hwying came along w us too~!

haha was pretty hilarious us trooping into jack's place all formal-ish~ =P

then after a cabbed down to chinatown xen bar~!

but it was nice to be back and to see everyone again
