this weekend was a nice one spent w daddie~

just a little update~
three out of four papers are down! =) one more left..

just came back from helping js move his boxes to mojo.. and to think he is a guy with v little stuff and yet he has 5 boxes of stuff.. i'm starting to really worrie how much stuff i have~!!!

well now i can finally relax for a teey bit.. we're gg out for dinner soon and then after i haf to go back to e dude for my me 250 meeting.. report due tmr =(

can't wait for sat morning... i counted.. i get about 14 hours w daddie..
he'll be here ard 10 in e morning.. then he'll haf to leave ard 2 smth~

focus~

just got back from me 250 meeting for our report due on friday~ meeting ended at like 2.30 am.. e insanity of college mugging~ *scrunch face* actualli i dun even feel like i'm mugging sufficiently hard yet.. dun feel prepares enough..

just got out grades for our prototype and presentation too.. 89 and 88.. not great but not bad, i guess we're above average at least~ *shrugs* trying my best to tackle the report now~
pretty frustrating that while i've been trying to get sections 3.1 thru 4.2.smth done, the whole time e rest of them came up w barely e foreward and e summary.. *bites lip*

nvm... at least they were there and they tried.. just have to make it thru this week~ and this weekend will be a treat for me~
daddie's in e US alreadi~ got a call from him just now in e middle of meeting~ *smiles* looking forward to seeing him and going baby shopping with him =)

for now i'm trying to focus and keep my mind off all other craziness that bubbles thru my head now~
(haf no idea how bubbles came into my head but oh wells. =P)

after dealing with the harshness of the world i've been getting realli down and losing hope, losing myself to a certain extent..

managed to catch hwying online and i'm so thankful i did..

haven't updated much e past week cos it has been crazy hectic, and the weeks to come promise to be even more crazy hectic..

just to let ppl at home noe tt i'm still alive and update them..lotsa things happened last weekend.. junwan tracy and fiona came to stay in our room.. sunny visited too.. so did lindy heng, and yunlei.. junwan stayed three nites~! and promised to come back to visit again.. *beams*

went to watch the NBA match-- detroit pistons vs pheonix suns too.. my first NBA match =P think daddie would haf liked it.. pistons won~! =) and we got to shoot hoops on the real NBA court =P

mwf weekend is here~!

its friday before mwf~

on wednesday wanyu and serene goh came over to visit umich~! *beams*
was nice cos we got to go sadako for dinner... and they came to visit our room and hang out.. (much more pleasant than e guys room =P) haha we're not e only ones who've noticed some kind of distinct (not so nice) scent in their room =P
haha not tt they can help it since they're guys rite..
(uh oh i feel like i said smth mean)

on thursday we had dance prac~ for mwf..
haha it was e slackest and shortest dance prac we ever had~
was fun anyways.. tho i could hear bones cracking away after mere 5 days of no practice~
oh wells~ its just gonna be a fun thingey this time~ for us to realli go all out and enjoy... when is tt dancer outing gonna be again~?? to hang out relax and thank everyone for hard work and a good job done~ =P

can't express enough how thankful i am and touched i am by everyone who put in so much effort into the dance~

i realli had a great time and this dance gave me so much to take away from it.. nothing would have been the same without any of u guys.. esther, kaizhen, joann, gena... and of course the guys too.. chin, jer, junrong, wilson, tianhan~! u guys did better than i ever expected.. haha i nv had much faith in singaporean guys dancers till now =P thanx guys for taking our weight (esp jer cos i'm e heaviest =S) and for not dropping us~! =)

and many thanx to all who came down all the way to support us and cheer for us~! if not for u we wouldn't be dancing~ =P and we wouldn't haf enjoyed dancing so much if not for the frens we knew were in e crowd =P

then we drove up to the plymouth road hardware store to look for supplies for our hinge.. 1/8" rod and 16 ga nails and 4 little washers...

hardware store reminded me of daddie.. had so many tools tt daddie would luv to look at and prob buy...

gave ballroom a miss cos i realli needed a time out~
for e first and prob the only time..

jem came over for awhile... after not catching up for a realli realli long time cos we're all so busy.. they went down to e lounge to study.. while i took a nice long hot shower and am lounging here in my room.. i'm gonna take my me250 notes and snuggle in bed and attempt to read them before i attempt my homework..

its wear green and get drunk day~.. supposedly an irish tradition...

while everyone else is throwing up, i am cleaning up~!

proud of myself.. started with the sink and the mirror... finally made full use of tt spray spray multipurpose thingey we bought ages ago..

then i cleared up the room and swept the entire floor free of dust..(or at least areas visible and used.. =P) then i took a roll of toilet paper and that spray spray thing and got down on my knees and wiped the whole floor up~! i even wiped my slippers and washed my feet after.. heh..so now i can walk bare footed in my room~! *pleased*

i declare our floor clean from our beds to the end of the shoe rack~! no shoes allowed past the forbidden line..

am pretty confused with me 211 though, i need to one day sit down and dedicate my whole time to reading through that text book and try and comprehend every little thing it's trying to say.
i do seriously wonder tho, when i'll ever haf e time, patience and concentration to do that.. *hms*

we're gonna start machining out wireless optical foldable mouse on monday~! or at least the epoxy mould that we're gonna make it out of.. its quite exciting, but it also means that we haf two team meetings this weekend to get the g-codes for e machining out. =( *bleah* i hope it goes well..

i can feel myself being transformed into a mechanical engineer... it suddenly seems so real and so evident tt almost everything i'm doing has smth to do w it..

its not a bad thing tho.. cos all e machining is e best part of it.. actualli making e stuff is what i'm in this whole thing for.
and now e candle stick holder will be on my table to remind me that.. =P
